HOUSE RULES
1. Please do not jam doors open. They are locked to insure your security.
2. HEAT should be kept at a MINIMUM of 55 degrees. Frozen pipes cause a lot of problems. Owners are encouraged to keep thermostats at a level comfortable setting to conserve gas usage.
3. PETS should be kept on a leash. They should not roam the halls or be boarded on the decks. Owners must pick up after their dogs. Pet traffic is limited to the stairwells and the parking area while on a leash. Pets will otherwise not be allowed in common areas.
4. NOISE after 10:30 p.m. should be contained to one's own unit. Noise during the day should be reasonable.
5. GARBAGE will be placed in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster outside the building. Absolutely NO garbage is to be left in the hallways.
6. Please keep equipment out of halls and off walkways.
7. SPRINKLER SYSTEM is a complex and sensitive system; it constitutes vandalism to set it off intentionally.
8. HALLWAYS are for WALKING only.
9. Please observe all PARKING SIGNS. They are posted for emergency reasons and will be strictly enforced.
10. DOORS to individual units should be kept closed. Noise radiates down the halls and disturbs the other owners.
11. Owners will be held responsible for any damage to COMMON AREAS caused by himself/herself or any visitor.
12. ALTERATIONS beyond inside walls of a unit must first be approved by the Board of Directors.
13. REALTY or other "FOR SALE" or "FOR RENT" signs are limited to ONE ONLY on the inside of a window of the unit. Absolutely NONE allowed on the doors, walls, balconies or siding.
14. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted in any of the common areas.
15. The owner of a unit shall be assessed a fine of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars per day for each activity prohibited by By-laws or rules.
16. Decks are limited common area and should be maintained in a neat and orderly state and should not be used as a storage area. Acceptable items are small amounts of firewood, lawn chairs, etc. And should not be visible above the deck top railing.
17. Head-in parking only for vehicles parked next to the buildings.
18. NO Barbecues per municipal ordinance.
REPORT OF BROKEN RULES will be cheerfully accepted by the resident manager and will be dealt with accordingly. All rules have been made for the homeowners by the Board of Directors and will be carefully enforced by the managing agent.
